July 9th - ALL Practices CANCELLED

 Environment Canada is forecasting a humidex of 40 degrees at 6:30pm tonight. It’s just not any fun, and is not entirely safe, to play in this kind of heat and humidity, so we are cancelling all Dragons’ practices tonight. Thank you and Stay Cool!

If you would like to coach a team, we have a few U4 and U5 teams who need a coach on Friday nights. If you are interested in volunteering, please email us at

Due to Covid-19, the Dragons will require a number of staff to keep our players and parents safe and comfortable by guiding parent/player flow at the fields and providing clarification of Dragons Return to Play protocols. 2020 TEAMS

We are in the final stages of planning for our 2020 season (forming teams, scheduling, etc.) You should receive a message from the Dragons about your team by Sunday, July 5. If on Monday, July 6, you have not received an email, contact the soccer office at

Our 100% Fun season starts July 6. We are following the guidelines of Ontario Soccer and Ottawa Public Health:
Maximum of 10 players per field
For U4-U6, this means 5 children + 5 parents
For U7 and up, maximum team size of 9 players + 1 coach
Physical distancing in place
Fun activities (but no regular soccer games) in July.
Playing small-sided games (max 7v7) when physical distancing measures allow, hopefully in August
We are reducing our fees by 50%!! The new registration fees for 2020 are:
o U4 - U8: $75
o U9 - U18: $100
Every player will receive a T-shirt and training bib. 

For players who are already registered, refunds will be sent by cheque after we have confirmation from the City of Ottawa and Ontario Soccer that we will be able to start our season on July 6.

Our new five-week Backyard Soccer program will get your kids moving and help them maintain the awesome skills they developed last season. The age-specific videos will help your kids grow as soccer players and allow them to enjoy 100% fun soccer, no matter where they are.
