Emergency Action Plans
Emergency Action Plan (EAP)

The EAP is a plan for what to do in case of a serious injury to a player on the field. It lays out who is in charge in an emergency situation what measures you should take to be prepared for an emergency, what information you should have on hand in case of an emergency, as well as other important information.

This plan should be printed out and kept with your equipment bag for every game and practice. It should be readable by anyone, just in case someone else needs to read it.

More information about emergency action plans can be found on coach.ca here.
